Napguard 40% helps treat and prevent diaper rash while it moisturizes and nourishes the skin. The Napguard 40% based formulation provides a protective barrier on the skin against the natural causes of irritation. Napguard 40% spreads on smooth and wipes off the baby easily, without causing irritation to the affected area.
Zinc oxide is used to treat or prevent minor skin irritations such as burns, cuts, poison ivy, poison oak, poison sumac, and diaper rash. It is also used as a sunscreen.
Apply a thin layer topically every 8 hours. Change wet and soiled diapers promptly, cleanse the diaper area, and allow drying. Apply ointment liberally as often as necessary, with each diaper change, especially at bedtime or anytime when exposure to wet diapers may be prolonged.

This medication should be used with precautions only if needed during pregnancy or while breastfeeding
